Let’s talk about lifestyle and how to change bad habits. It is something that really has been on my mind lately.
To change your lifestyle, cleansing your Inside and becoming healthy and youthful looking, should be a big part of our healthy lifestyle routine.
Get rid of the garbage from your former lifestyle like Processed Foods and Fast Food etc. Look at all that processed food fast food and think about what we are putting into our bodies.
Fast food like Hamburgers, French Fries etc., is usually made in old grease which is bad for your gut.
Processed food most of the time includes unhealthy levels of added sugar, sodium and saturated fat.
Let’s not forget Soda which is loaded up with fructose corn syrup.
These ingredients make the food taste better, but it can lead to serious health problems like, heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes because it lacks nutritional value.
Your body must work harder to break down and digest these unhealthy foods.
Once you have seen this processed food and fast food and what it does to your body, you should feel like "I will never eat unhealthy again, ever!"
